Rūkyta vištienos krūtinėlė pagal Smokey Olive Wood

Smoked chicken breast under Smokey Olive Wood

Our guest is Stephane Pover, founder of Smokey Olive Wood, during a smoking lesson prepared this simple dish that surprised everyone with its look and taste.

Ingredients required:


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Your favourite spices for chicken. We chose EldurApi chicken seasoning
  • salt
  • 5 types of pepper


  1. Soak the orange chips in the beer. Soak for at least 20 minutes. If you have more time, you can take longer (it won't make much difference).
  2. Peel and crush the garlic and cover it with olive oil
  3. Rinse the chicken breasts with water and wipe dry with kitchen paper.
  4. Brush the chicken breasts with the garlic olive oil and sprinkle with the spices. We recommend using a silicone brush - it will be much more convenient.
  5. Brush the table with garlic olive oil and arrange the breasts on it.
  6. Place the chips directly on the coals and place the table with the chicken on the grill. Grill on indirect heat at 130-160 degrees.
