WEBER Whiskey's 100% natural wood chips offer an intense yet not overpowering smoky flavour. To ensure an efficient smoking process, soak the chips in water at least half an hour before use.

In fact, the longer the chips are soaked, the slower they will burn, so the aroma will develop more slowly. Especially useful for longer, cold smoking.

If you smoke your food on a charcoal grill, you can place the soaked chips directly on the coals. If you smoke on a gas grill, we advise you to place the chips in a smoking cylinder or a cast-iron tray.
