NAPOLEON Plum wood chips give a sweet but strong flavour and are very similar to Hickory.
Perfect with pork, beef, mutton and fish.

The chips should be soaked in water for about 30 minutes before use. If you want a more intense flavour, you can soak them for a longer period of time. For an even richer and more original smoky aroma, add wood smoking chips to apple juice, pineapple juice, beer, wine or wort.

The soaked NAPOLEON Plum wood chips can be placed directly on the coals, charcoal or used in combination with the stainless steel smoking cylinder 67011, the stainless steel smoking box 67013 or the cast iron charcoal tray 67732.

When the chips begin to smoke, place the food on the grill and close the lid of the grill or smoker.
