In addition, this grill features a lid with adjustable air dampers, which allows you to control the heat in a very comfortable and simple way.

- The included universal plate with non-slip Teflon. It can also act as a deflector to dampen and distribute heat. Cleaning is similar to Teflon-coated frying pans.
- The included Griddle is a ribbed plate for higher temperature cooking. Cleaning is similar to Teflon-coated frying pans.
- "The Pan is the analogue of the Griddle COBB, which is the pan used in the home kitchen.
- "Frying dish deep frying pan - made of stainless steel, with non-marking handles during frying. You can put a grill tooth on it.
- Set up at: In the bottom of the inner dish, in the central part, you can place the sear plugs for searing. On top of these, in a removable tray, are placed the briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablet. Once the briquettes / COBB Cobblestone have been burnt (they turn white and no longer emit smoke), the selected planes can be stacked and the lid can be closed. Leave the cooking plane to heat up and only then add the selected meat, fish or vegetables to the grill.
- Cooking: The COBB grill can be used for both "dry" and "wet" cooking. Dry grilling is the normal grilling method. For wet grilling, the sides of the lower inner bowl should be filled with seasoned water or other liquids. This will give the food a delicate flavour, juiciness and tenderness. You can also bake potatoes in foil on the sides of the inner bowl to maximise the volume of the grill.
- SmokingUse wood chips, chunks, directly on the heat source: briquettes or tablets. If you prefer to refill the chips less frequently, wrap the chips in foil and poke holes. Place the foil on the charcoal briquettes.
- End of baking: using the universal lifting handle provided, remove the canister with the remaining hot briquettes/tablet. Pull them to the side to seal them: pour water over them or cover them with sand. The grill can be immediately put in a bag and transported / carried home.
- Cleaning. The COBB is easy to maintain: the grease from the grills is collected in a special groove. If you cover the groove with foil, the grease will not get on the inner bowl. After frying, all you have to do is remove the foil and replace it with a new one. The grill, except for the universal plate, can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
