Ingredients for the pizza base:

1 cup of flour
A pinch of salt

1 year sh. oil
1/3 cup warm water

Pizza seasonings/ingredients:

Bacon
1 finely chopped onion

100 g of grated mozzarella cheese
1 can of canned chopped/mashed tomatoes

Production:

First of all, Cobb start the grill, then when the coals/briquettes are lit, put them down Cobb pan and put the lid on. Leave for 5 minutes to heat up the pan.

Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in a separate bowl with warm water and stir in the oil. Mix this wet mixture with the flour, then turn the dough out onto a clean surface and knead with your hands for a good 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and non-sticky. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel and leave in a warm place for about 30 minutes until the dough rises.

While the dough is rising, you can move on to the seasonings. At first Cobb fry the bacon in a pan until browned. Then put the crispy bacon aside - cook the sliced ​​onions in the brown sugar in a hot pan until they caramelize. It will take you about 10 minutes. Also set aside the onions in a separate container.

Take the dough, knead it a little and form a round pizza base in the pan. Spread tomato puree on the dough, sprinkle mozzarella, blue cheese, crispy bacon and caramelized onions.

Put the pan on Cobb grill, cover with a lid and leave to cook for about 20-25 minutes.

Serve the pizza immediately while it's still hot and crispy! Delicious!
