What's a holiday without a mouth-watering slice of the world's most delicious pie or cake? Chocolate fans, hold on: we have the recipe for the most chocolate cake ever! Chocolate will be here both in the biscuit and in the ganache cream, which is loved by sweet tooths all over the world, and in the decorations. And when else, if not during Easter, can you treat yourself to such a delicious dessert?
The recipe is prepared by the popular ones of travel/picnic grills COBB owners, but it is also suitable for owners of other barbecues or those who still dream of becoming one. If you will cook in a gas or charcoal grill, cook at a temperature of 160-170 degrees, with a deflector or a plane that distributes the heat evenly on both sides. In the oven, turn on the mode of baking from above and below, a temperature of 170 degrees.

Required accessories:

- COBB grill
- COBB deep pan
- COBB Cobblestone quick burning coconut shell charcoal tablet. As an alternative, you can choose compressed coal briquettes.
- Fire burner (eg PETROMAX Professional). You can use tacks instead.
Ingredients:
For the biscuit:
- 150 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 350 g wheat flour
- 3 a.s. baking powder
- 4 hours cocoa powder
- 2 a.s. vanilla extract
- 200 ml of milk
- 200 dark chocolate
Chocolate Spread (ganache):
- 250 ml of cream
- 500 g of dark or milk chocolate
For decoration (our suggestion):
- Chocolate chips (2/3 bars)
- Mini chocolate eggs
- Sprinkles for decoration

Production:
- Cream room temperature butter with sugar. Add milk, add eggs and beat until light in color. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa. Add them to the prepared mass (see point 1)
- Melt 200 g of chocolate: add hot water to one container. Place the chocolate in another bowl and move it over the hot steam. Stir constantly.
- Mix the melted chocolate into the prepared dough.
- Pour the mass into the greased COBB universal container.
- Put it in COBB CobbleStone coconut charcoal tablet with fire torch and wait 5-8 minutes until the carbon tablet turns gray.
- Place the burnt coconut tablet on top COBB ribbed grill surface, and above the plane - grill. Cover the grill and let it heat up for 10 minutes.
- Place the baking dish on the prepared COBB grill set. Cover the grill lid and bake for 30-40 minutes. Try not to lift the lid.
- When the biscuit is baked, take it out COBB Griddle plane and grill. Put them over the coals instead COBB deep pan.
- Pour the cream into the pan. When it boils, add the crushed chocolate. Remove from heat. Stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth. Leave to cool.
- Remove the biscuit from container and leave to cool.
- Spread the ganache on the biscuit and decorate according to your wishes. Our suggested option: small chocolate eggs, chocolate chips and confectionery sprinkles. If you wish, you can cut the cooled biscuit and spread it with a part of the prepared ganache cream - you can enjoy a delicious chocolate cake.
