Chips for smoking SMOKEY OLIVE WOOD Holm oak are made from carefully selected Holm oak wood growing on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.

The holm oak belongs to the beech family and grows up to 500 years old and, unlike the oaks we are used to, is evergreen. Sometimes it is even called the holy oak. It is characterized by extremely dense wood. It is the acorns of this evergreen oak that the world-famous and valued Iberico pigs feed on. 

Holm oak smoke - intense. The dish is complemented by a typical, mild, slightly nutty aroma. It is most suitable for smoking pork, poultry, beef, lamb.

You can smoke the chips in various smokers, gas, charcoal or electric grills with tightly closed lids.
