Principle of operation: add your favorite herbs or ground coffee to the perforated container in the percolator. To the teapot itself - the desired amount of water. As the temperature rises, the water will rise up the hollow stem from the bottom and descend, evenly and gently brewing the herbs/coffee in the perforated container. The process repeats as the teapot continues to heat up. Depending on the brewing time, the strength of the drink will vary: the longer the percolator is running, the stronger, brighter tasting the drink you will be able to enjoy. Universal, recommended amount of coffee for 1 cup - 1 teaspoon.
