It is the best choice for grilling kebabs, steaks, pork roasts, fish or vegetables.

To make it easier to know when to use it: choose to cook on it what you normally cook in a pan at home (i.e. dishes that need to be turned during cooking - such as steaks, chicken breast, etc.).
