One of the world's best chefs and our great friend Andreas Rummel shares the idea of a different - meaty egg. At first glance, everything looks quite complicated, but we assure you: it is very simple and will only take a few stepsingredients.
One of the requireduh productuh - phyllo dough. Although it is possible to make it yourself, it requires skills. For this reason, we recommend purchasing the dough. Look for it in larger grocery stores in the frozen section. Although A. Rummel chose to use pulled pork in this recipe, you can substitute it with very finely chopped and otherwise prepared pork or chicken.
Required accessories:
Ingredients:
- 50g of butter
- 8 empty egg shells (preparation: carefully cut off the tops of the eggs, remove the insides. Wash the shells)
- 1 egg
- 8 sheets of phyllo dough
- 250g of pulled pork
- Pork spices
- 8 small radishes (or balls cut from larger radishes)
Production:
- Melt the butter and coat the inside of the eggshells with it. Fold the sheets of phyllo dough into squares and line the egg shell with them (one sheet per shell). Partially fill the inside with the pulled pork, add the radish and top with the pork again. Press lightly. Cut off the excess dough leaves with a knife or scissors.
- Beat the egg. With silicone brush brush over pulled pork and edges of filo pastry sticking out of shell.
- Tear off the foil and completely wrap the eggs with it. Don't spare the foil! Bake in the grill for 10 minutes at an indirect heat of 200 degrees. Remove and let cool for another 15 minutes.
Delicious!
