We wish you a delicious and fun holiday! Booooo!

Required accessories:

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of butter
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2-3 glasses of sifted flour
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • A few drops of orange food coloring (optional)

Production:

  • Beat room temperature butter with sugar until the mass becomes soft and fluffy. If you decided to add paint, add it and mix the mass so that the paint is evenly distributed.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  • Pour the flour and spice mixture into the bowl with the butter and mix and knead until you get a soft dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Lightly flour the work surface and roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick pancake. Cut out pumpkin cookies with a cookie cutter and place them in a baking pan. Place in the fridge again for 30 minutes.
  • While the cookies are cooling, set them up COBB CobbleStone coconut charcoal tablet with fire torch and wait a few minutes for the carbon tablet to turn gray. Or if you don't have one CobbleStone tablets, use others, e.g. WEBER charcoal briquettes (5-6 pcs.). You will burn them by burning them tanners. You can cook when the briquettes turn gray (this may take 15-20 minutes).

  • To COBB grill insert a corrugated (Griddle+) plane, and on it - a grid wrapped in foil.

  • Remove the formed cookies from the refrigerator and place them on the grill, cover the grill lid. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the bottoms of the cookies are soft and golden. Remove them from the grill and let them cool well. If you want, you can decorate them with chocolate or another glaze.

Delicious!
