INGREDIENTS
- 8 pieces of chicken thigh meat
- salt, pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- fresh thyme
- 250 gr. couscous
- 250 ml. of boiling water
- 5 leaves of saffron
- a spoonful of butter
PREPARATION
Rub the chicken with salt, pepper, chopped thyme and crushed garlic.
Place in the grill pan and cook for a total of 6 minutes. after 3 min. from both sides.
Add saffron to the boiling water, stir and wait until the water changes color. Add couscous grains, salt and pepper to the water and cover with a lid. Let stand for 3 min. Once uncovered, add the butter and mix. Place on the fire and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
