After seeing the children off to school, we also invite parents to immerse themselves in the world of science. True, different: we will invite you to deepen your knowledge on topics relevant to all grill fans.

the first, free of charge during the lesson you will hear from... to... about smoking in your grills. We will listen, discuss, look, smell and taste dishes smoked with wood shavings.
During the theoretical and practical lesson, we will reveal:
- subtleties of cold and hot smoking
- we will discuss chips of different factions
- we will advise you on which trees to choose for smoking poultry, fish or meat and why
- we will present chips and blocks of 6 different trees, without which no Mediterranean resident can imagine cooking
- we will also talk about pellets. How and where to use them?
- we will mention the nuances and subtleties of smoking in charcoal, gas, electric grills and large or small smokers.
We invite everyone: both those who have never tried smoking, and those who have already done so many times. Do your homework too - bring questions if something failed when you tried at home. We will answer.
