Food & Fire Culture

Already on May 18 (Thursday) we are organizing an afternoon of fire and food culture for partners, friends and clients. During summer, we will meet with food and food production industry professionals from Lithuania, France and other European countries. We invite you to share good experiences, summer plans and of course - to taste.

Guests from Western Europe will be introduced to the latest cooking trends, outdoor and indoor equipment, and will share inspiring stories.

Griliai.lt invites those who love quality to gather, but in the modern world they have not lost their attraction to outdoor cooking, fire and communication around it.

Entrepreneurs from catering, restaurants, real estate and other fields will gather during the informal meeting, and the Griliai.lt team will give first-timers the opportunity to test and evaluate the latest brands.

During the afternoon of food and fire culture, we will try Augoust's modern fireplaces and taste the dishes prepared on them, seasoned with a unique sauce from Holland „The Sauce". We will get to know with handmade knives forged in the mountains of Croatia, we will explore a luxurious collection of outdoor kitchen furniture, the latest smokehouses. Also, creators of a unique mechanical meat slicing machine will come to the event from France, who will share their experience and tell about the invention and its history.

Of course, the meeting will be crowned with smoky dishes, which we will prepare fresh, together with the chefs, under the open sky. We will taste fried dishes, the first harvest of vegetables and greens, sauces, and Rasa Vaisvandeniai and Kambo Kombucha will help quench your thirst.

You can also take your desired products to the event: meat, fish, cheese, pickles, or anything else gourmet. We invite you to create flavors and partnerships together.
